The information and communication technologies are increasingly gaining importance in our everyday lives. They are used in applications that support health services, education and more generally in different operations of the public and private sectors. However, many policymakers and citizens are unaware of the importance of these technologies. They may not understand how they can improve their lives. This workshop aims to disseminate awareness to different stakeholders on the opportunities that ICT make available in a variety of sectors in order to encourage policy makers and professional actors to pursue technological changes that can improve the performance of their organizations.
We target: academicians, practitioners and students.
It is expected that the workshop helps develop collaboration in various research programs primarily supporting applied research areas presented in the workshop. In the field of training, this workshop will give us the opportunity to think about our teaching practices and to consider the design of new programs. It is also an opportunity to discuss the development of teacher and student mobility programs. In general, this workshop will help us improve our competencies. It may also allow us to develop innovative and competitive products in cooperation with industry.
